About the role:

Step into a role that will stretch your leadership and shape one of SHP’s most ambitious and high-impact services. The Multi Disciplinary Rough Sleeping Hub is a sub-regional partnership across Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, Islington and Westminster, providing short stay accommodation and longer-term support for people experiencing street homelessness. From those new to the streets to individuals with complex needs or restricted eligibility, the Hub delivers tailored case work, specialist support, planned moves and resettlement to create lasting change.

As Services Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of Project Workers and Resettlement Workers, line managing the Team Manager, and shaping a culture that enables clients to build resilience, skills and confidence to move forward. You will champion a psychologically informed, strength-based approach across the service, inspiring both staff and clients to thrive. This role gives you the opportunity to drive innovation, influence practice across multiple boroughs and set the standard for high-quality, transformative support.

This secondment is an investment in your growth. You will gain hands-on experience in leading a flagship service, develop your leadership and strategic skills, and expand your impact within SHP. If you are ready to take on a role where your ideas and energy can transform lives, shape a pioneering service and accelerate your career, this is your opportunity to step forward and make it happen.

When you are completing your application please answer the 4 areas below and please put n/a to areas 5, 6 and 7:

  • Share a time you shaped a psychologically informed or strength-based environment. What actions did you take and what difference did it make for clients?
  • Describe a time you supported or led a team to be resilient, creative, or inclusive. What did you do and what impact did it have?
  • Tell us about a partnership you built or strengthened with external agencies. What was your approach and the impact achieved?
  • Describe a complex or challenging situation with a client. How did you resolve it and what was the outcome?
