Single Homeless Project is a London-wide charity. Our vision is of a society where everyone has a place to call home and the chance to live a fulfilling life.

We help single Londoners by preventing homelessness, providing support and accommodation, promoting wellbeing, enhancing opportunity, and being a voice for change. From supporting people in crisis to helping people take the final steps towards independence and employment, we make a difference to 10,000 lives every year across all 32 boroughs.

We work in partnership with  Local Authority Housing Department, Probation Service, Mental Health Services, Treatment Services and other community groups to support clients to find and maintain suitable accommodation, access services, increase independence and improve their quality of life.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced individual, to join our Complex Needs Floating Support Team.  Reporting directly to the Team Manager, you will support the day to day running of the Service, taking responsibility for a caseload of clients and producing comprehensive and high quality support plans and risk assessments, on an ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working with clients who have Mental Health and/or Substance Use issues in a holistic and creative way.
